Births at Alaskan Wildlife Conservation Center

The Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, located at Girdwood on the road system near Whittier, has seen a surge in births this year. Almost 40 baby bison, three elk, two musk oxen and a Sitka black-tailed deer fawn made their grand debut at the wildlife center this season.
